The Environmental Resource Management Division (ERM) is one of the three divisions of the Department of Environmental Health (DEH).  The ERM Division has regulatory control over a number of land use and water system based programs.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Land Use

The Land Use Program is responsible for regulation of septic and sewer systems, environmental reviews of water and sewer systems and water supply verification for parcels and tracts.  For more information about these services please click the link above.

Solid Waste

The Solid Waste Program is reponsible for regulation of solid waste facilities, medical waste, land application of sludge, trash complaints and facilities that handle tattoo, piercing and permanent cosmetics.  For more information about these services please click the link above.

Underground Storage Tank Clean-Up

The Local Oversight Program is in charge of all underground storage tank related clean-up efforts.  For more information about these services please click the link above.

Water Engineering
