UST Clean-Up Public Notification

SITE INFORMATION
Information regarding the underground storage tank (UST) unauthorized release sites in Riverside County is available to the public online from State web-based Geotracker information system  or at the Riverside County Department Environmental Health – Riverside office. A list of all (open and closed) Riverside County LOP sites as well as the site-specific LOP files are open to the public and are available to the public upon request to the Department.  Click here for the Request for Records information.      

CORRECTIVE ACTION PLANS

For each confirmed unauthorized release that requires a Corrective Action Plan, the California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, Section 2728 requires the regulatory agency to inform the public of the proposed activities contained in the Corrective Action Plan. The following sites have proposed Corrective Action Plans:
