• Mobile Body Art Facility Guidelines

Email the following to bodyart@rivco.org:

1. Facility Plan Review Application
2. Site plan
3. Infection Prevention and Control Plan (IPCP)
4. Copies of the medical questionnaire, consent form, and aftercare instructions for review

To avoid processing delays, please email as a complete package in PDF format. After you submit your paperwork, you will be contacted with instructions on how to pay fees.

Plan Review Fee: $516

 Annual Mobile Facility Permit Fee: $320

You must work at a body art facility that has a valid Riverside County Environmental Health Permit.

1. Practitioner Application
2. Valid picture ID verifying age
3. Valid Bloodborne Pathogen Certificate that is specific to body art
4. Proof of Hep B Vaccination or Hep B Declination Form

Practitioner Fees: $128 (Practitioner Registration $64 + Annual Permit $64)

Riverside County does not currently have an approval process for BBP training programs at this time. Any approved BBP training from one of these neighboring LEAs will be accepted:

Los Angeles

Orange County

San Bernardino

San Diego
